Grey Tourmaline, Diamond & 18ct White Gold Ring
A sleek oval cut grey tourmaline, enhanced within a tailored 18ct white gold jacket accentuated with a round brilliant cut diamond at North and South compass-points for a refined look. Handcrafted in England.
Can be worn with the grey tourmaline pendant as a set. Tourmaline has been known since antiquity in the Mediterranean region; the Dutch imported it in 1703 from Sri Lanka to Western and Central Europe. They gave the new gems a Sinhalese name ‘Turamali’ which is thought to mean ‘stone with mixed colours’. Indeed, tourmaline, is the only gemstone to come in every shade colour.
