Our Refund/Exchange Policy
We hope you are delighted with your unique piece of jewellery, whether it be for yourself to give as a gift. If, for any reason, you have made the wrong choice we shall be sorry to learn this and would like to offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days, as follows:
Please email us if you would like to either:
- Exchange the piece for a different item in our collection.
- Return it for a full refund
If you would like to return the piece, please kindly email us either as soon as possible, or within 14 days of receiving the item, with you name, piece of jewellery and reason for return.
Please return the piece in its original Flamingo Jewllery box, together with any relevant paperwork, sent via a trackable and insured delivery service.
The piece will require to be returned in perfection condition, unworn, unwashed and in the same packaging as when purchased.
The returned piece will be thoroughly checked for any signs of wear, damage (including scratches, staining or corrosion by make up or perfume) and any alteration by a third party will invalidate a refund.
Due to health and safety legislations, earrings are not able to be returned.
Please note, you shall be responsible for the piece until it reaches us as we are unable to be held responsible for any loss or damages during your return postage to us. It is recommended you use a secure delivery service.
Overseas customers shall also forfeit return shipping costs and expenses, including any duties and taxes and these cost will not be refunded.
Upon receipt of the piece being returned we shall refund the original debit or credit card used for payment within 48 hours of receiving the item in its original condition.
If 14 days have expired since your purchase, we maintain the right to decline a refund or exchange, however, we welcome you to contact us with any issues.
