Our Purchase Policy

We are delighted you have chosen one of FJ’s unique pieces.

Please follow the ordering process via the “purchase now” button.  Payments are via Stripe and for debit or credit cards only.

If you have any queries before you purchase, please contact us first.

FJ is pleased to provide complimentary postage and packaging for all purchases, both within the UK and overseas. 

All purchases are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service (tracked and insured) within the UK.

We shall notify you of the Royal Mail tracking number.  Special Delivery is, usually, guaranteed next day.  Please note, we are not responsible for any parcels delayed or lost whilst in transit.

Please allow 3 working days for shipment once payment is received.  If you require a sooner shipment lead-time, please contact us and we shall try our best to accommodate your requirements.

All purchases to be sent overseas are sent via Royal Mail Parcel Force Service.  Overseas recipients shall be responsible for any international duties and/or taxes applied at the discretion of their Country.  We are also not responsible for any delays in transit once shipped.

All weekend orders will endeavoured to be processed on Mondays.

The piece will be insured whilst in transit and should be signed for upon delivery.  Once delivered, the piece is the property of the purchaser and the insurance on our side will cease to apply.  Please check the package has not be tampered with during delivery before accepting the item.
