Aquamarine & 18ct White Gold Pendant

The ethereal blue of this aquamarine is intricately cut to release a delicate radiating sparkle.  The aqua is defined by a fine six-claw ‘crown’ collet for a modern style, suspended from a carved tapering bale with a sixteen inch 18ct white gold diamond-trace-link chain. Handcrafted in England.

Aquamarine derives from the Latin ‘Aqua Marinus’ which translates ‘Water of the Sea’ and was originally used as a charm by sailors to offer protection while at sea.
